Positive Prevention - It’s Not Over

HARC of Ypsilanti, MI is hosting “It’s Not Over” a program developed to address the unique needs of HIV positive men who have sex with men (MSM). This helpful opportunity is held as 6 sessions of group meetings, with 5 individual sessions placed in between.

The group sessions-held with other HIV positive men– can provide you with a chance to gain the emotional support needed to build meaningful friendships and skills necessary to have a healthy and fulfilling sex life.

The individual sessions give you a chance to work one-on-one with the facilitator to tackle issues that are unique to you.

“It’s Not Over” can benefit HIV positive MSM who are…

- desiring coping and communication skills
- realizing that HIV/AIDS is no longer a death sentence
- wanting to meet others
- needing answers to questions
- ready to commit the time and energy

What do you get out of it?

Besides all the benefits listed above, HARC will provide incentives such as gift cards and other prizes. In addition, because we honor your time and commitment, there will be a celebratory event at the end of the 6th group session.
