The best place to reach people is where they are at – meaning during the course of the day or night; on the street or at the bar; at the café or the bookstore. HARC staff and volunteers conducts outreach in a variety of locations, delivering risk and harm reduction information, supplies and referrals.

Mobile Outreach Unit/Street Outreach Services
HARC’s mobile outreach unit is staffed by trained outreach educators who can provide HIV/AIDS risk reduction education, safer sex materials, harm reduction services, HIV counseling and testing, and referrals to other needed services and resources.
